CARRYING OUT AN ON–LINE BOOKING
- To CONFIRM a booking made through the web, the client must pay for 20 % of the total
accommodation fee.
- Pending availability of the booking and after verifying your credit card information,
20 % of the fee will be charged to your credit card as a booking deposit. You will
receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking immediatly.
- Your booking will be considered as CONFIRMED once the Hotel has indicated confirmation
in your email.
- When you arrive, you should present the localisation number which will be given
to you when your booking is confirmed.
- Bookings can only be carried out if there is a period greater than 48 hours prior
to arrival at the hotel.
- All on – line bookings shall benefit from an extra discount in the total sum of
the final accommodation bill.
- Prices shown in this web are valid unless there is an error.
- Prices shown in this web are not valid to reservations made through a telephone
call.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so by telephone, fax or e-mail. (See
the "Contact us" section).
- Any cancellation made over one week before arrival date will be refunded in full.
- ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. Should any animal be found on the premises,
the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the client’s stay without refunding the full
sum of the booking.
PRICES
- The prices set forth herein refer to the price for one room and one day, in the
kind of stay elected, with VAT included and in Euro currency. The prices do not
include possible supplements for short stays, or minimum stays in holiday periods
unless otherwise stipulated. The price DOES NOT include the prices for such services
as sauna, Spa, paddle-tennis court, safe rentals, security, parking, and other extra
services which are normally optional; these are normally paid for directly unless
otherwise stipulated.
ENTRY AND LEAVING TIMES
- The arrival schedule indicated in your booking is given just as an information.
- On the first day, clients of the hotel may ask for rooms after 15:00 noon, while
on the last day, they must leave the rooms before 12:00 noon.
- In you wish to enter after 18.00, please notify it first to the hotel.
- The Company does not guarantee specific numbers of rooms but TYPES OF ROOMS. Nevertheless,
we will always try, circumstances allowing, to satisfy our clients’ requests at
the moment of booking.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- From the 1st of May 2009, the Hotel Levante Club & Spa converts into an exclusive
establishment, designed for guests over the age of 16, for this reason we can't
accept bookings for guests under that age.
- If your stay includes the night of December 31 is required to pay the New Year's
Eve Dinner.
FORMAL COMPLAINTS
- Las reclamaciones deberán presentarse dentro de las 48 horas después de haber realizado
la reserva original.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS
- The mere fact that a booking is made through the web implies the acceptance of these
general conditions.
CONDITIONS CONCERNING PERSONAL INFORMATION
I authorise Levante Club SL to give a computerised treatment to the data I have
supplied to the following ends:
